Plan To Gain Weight
If you want to gain weight you have to eat healthy. To gain weight you have to add healthy food in your diet which is rich in calories and nutrition's .You have to focus on consuming food which have lean proteins , whole grains , healthy fats etc. To gain weight add plenty of fruits and veggies into your meal . Start snacking on nuts ,seeds and high protein snacks that's also help you to gain weight and most important keep yourself hydrated .

1- Keep your self Hydrated drink water throughout the day that will also keep your skin brighten .
2- Intake fats in your meals here fats means Healthy Fats that will help you to gain weight such Nuts, Seeds. Olive oil are also a good sources.
3- Proteins rich food plays a very important role in your diet food such as Fish ,Poultry, Eggs and Proteins Based Veggies .

Diet plan
Start your day with a glass of water .Then have your first main meal Breakfast in which you have many choices such as you can have Scrambled eggs , Whole grain toast with avocado spread you can also have Greek yogurt with Honey and with berries choices is yours's .You may have glass of whole milk .
Now its time for Morning Snacks you can have a handful of any nuts that you like (almonds , walnuts ) . You can also have Banana or some other fruit that suitable according to season .You may also have cheese sticks .
Second main meal is Lunch .In lunch you can consume grilled chicken which is rich in proteins with whole grain tortilla .Second option is brown rice with mixed vegetables .You can also have salad of leafy green veggies with the dressing of olive oil .In lunch you can again have a glass of whole milk or a alternative milk .
In afternoon you can again have Snacks like whole grain crackers , smoothies. Smoothies that you like with banana , peanut butter or a milk , Greek yogurt .
Your third main meal is your Dinner. In dinner you have multiple choices you can have baked or grilled Fish ,Chicken or another lean protein sources .Second choice you can have brown rice with sweet potato and can also have steamed vegetables like (spinach , broccoli, carrots ). You may have veggies dressed with olive oil . And don't forget to stay hydrated .
In evening you can have your Before Bed Snacks .Its your third snacks you can have a small bowl of oatmeal with sliced banana or honey .You can also have a handful of grapes or any other fruit .You may also have whole grain toast with almond butter .Have a glass of warm milk before bed is very useful .
